Being a health coach allows me to share with clients my vast knowledge. I focus on the client as a whole being – not a symptom or an illness. I call my program Core Essence Health because at the core of us all is the essence of our individuality and the uniqueness that is in each of us.

 In my twenty 20 years in the health wellness field I have seen that in our busy, over scheduled, modern life., Our physical, emotional, and mental health can often take a backseat to all the other demands for our time, money, and energy. Yet, vibrant health is one of the most valuable asset we can ever have. Like all things of great value, it needs to be nurtured and cultivated with love and care. This process can be both confusing and intimidating — especially to those who rely solely on hearsay and public information.

For the last twenty years I have studied the major nutritional theories, stress management, herbs and dietary supplements. I use practical lifestyle coaching skills to guide you in discovering what approach works best for YOU.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
